Consultation/Coaching Services include full organizational or smaller specialized assessments of strengths and weaknesses in structure, processes, management and leadership skill and strategic direction. We use a variety of means to assess, including personal observation, reported opinions of current managers, group and individual interviews, surveys and reviews of past performance reports. Using these tools, we create an assessment strategy that achieves the best possible combination of accuracy, completeness and time efficiency.
We then design a consulting plan for the client’s approval to address one or more of the following example interventions:

We often find that the organization has unique needs, requiring that we call upon our experience to design a customized intervention, modifying or embellishing the classical approaches to match the clients needs.Our style is action-oriented, down-to-earth and treats people as adults, who at some level want to do the right thing for their organization. We suggest specific activities on the part of managers to re-inforce the planned activities.
We also insist on following up with clients to make sure our work has been as helpful and successful as possible. While on the one hand, we want to be the “temporary staff” to the client/manager, we also do not want to create our own proprietary niche in client organizations, as some consulting firms might do.
