Services include full organizational or smaller specialized
assessments of strengths and weaknesses in structure, processes,
management and leadership skill and strategic direction. We
use a variety of means to assess, including personal observation,
reported opinions of current managers, group and individual
interviews, surveys and reviews of past performance reports.
Using these tools, we create an assessment strategy that achieves
