Ms.
Burke was born in New York City and grew up in New York and
New Jersey. Her early career included work in this area as
well as Washington, DC. In the mid – 90’s she
moved to San Jose, the heart of Silicon Valley to get married,
and currently resides in south central Washington on the Columbia
River.

| Ms.
Burke has more than 20 years experience as an executive, manager
and consultant working on international business development
and small business development. She has worked in the public
and private sectors and taught management courses at Rutgers
Graduate School of Management. |

| She is
a former Director-level manager within the US Department of
Commerce in Washington, DC where she directed a national network
of 80 offices providing comprehensive marketing counseling to
US firms. In that position, she had headquarters staff, five
regional directors and a budget of $28 million. As a result
of her efforts her organization won four national awards for
innovation and excellence in organizational change efforts,
and participating client companies increased export deals by
28%. |

Burke has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service (SES)
at the State level and has been a part of international Senior
Staff at the Federal level. She has worked with CEOs, executive
and managers in a variety of industries on business development
and leadership development. |

| Since 1996,
Ms. Burke has been an independent consultant focusing on executive
coaching, training and consulting. She is particularly well-known
for her commitment to working with individuals and organizations
to improve their effectiveness, leadership skills and market
position. Today she coaches executives and professionals, facilitates
strategic development, and works with individuals and organizations
to thrive during change. |
