Jerry Eppler

Dr. Jerry Eppler specializes in coaching, training, mentoring, and developing high-performance management teams. Dr. Eppler focuses on coaching and developing executives individually and as leaders and members of teams. His goal is to help individuals and organizations optimize and sustain superior performance. He is also the principal presenter of “Executive Excellence: A Seminar in Personal and Professional Effectiveness” which receives rave reviews from business leaders worldwide.

Dr. Eppler was the Civilian Dean of Training for the U.S. Army’s Organizational Effectiveness program, a fully accredited graduate program which trained officers to be internal management consultants army wide.
Prior to the end of the Cold War, Dr. Eppler was a guest lecturer and consultant at the business school of the University of Saint Petersburg, Russia. While there he conducted management seminars and coached the senior executives of the university. He has also been a consultant to the Minister of Economics of Estonia He serves clients in Canada, Australia, Europe and Central and South America as well as the United States.
Dr. Eppler is the author or reviewer of many articles and books on communication and high performance. He has been a featured guest on television shows and at national conferences. During his tenure on the American Management Association faculty for the prestigious President’s Association training and the Executive Effectiveness Program, he was one of their highest ranked presenters.
Dr. Eppler is a Michigan State University fellow with a doctorate from Arizona State University. He has completed post-doctoral work at Harvard University in the Organizational Effectiveness Executive Program. He has been on the graduate faculties of University of California at Santa Barbara, Pepperdine University, Chapman University, University of Puget Sound and University of Northern Colorado.
