Mario
Macaluso’s extensive experience includes organization
development, training, and facilitation in a wide array of
businesses and government agencies. As a manager, consultant,
trainer, military officer, and research fellow, he acquired
a vast base of experience, which adds depth to his counsel
to senior executives, managers and employees. He was originally
introduced to organization development through his completion
of the Army’s Organizational Effectiveness Staff Officers
Course in the late 70’s.

 |
| Associated
with Auburn Group since 1989, Mario implemented the initial
organization transition workshops and developed leadership
transition activities, which continue to be significant interventions
in times of organizational change. His assessment and planning
skills, honed over years of experience, provide clients confidence
in the choice of activities, and the level of effort to achieve
their needs. |
 |
| Mario’s
expertise includes consulting to team based initiatives, strategic
planning, change management, and culture change. Such skills
were used extensively in his recent organization development
consulting to a variety of federal government agencies during
an intense period of government downsizing, reengineering, and
reinvention. Included in those efforts were several benchmarking
of best practices projects that familiarized him with innovative
and successful organizational change initiatives in industry
and government. The results of his work are imbedded in new
organizational structures and process centered organizations
designed to meet the requirements of more demanding customers
and mandates to do more with less. |

of “Partnering” workshops for the Army Corps of
Engineers and the private contractors with whom they work, and

the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Federal Judiciary.
