Lynn Myhal’s extensive scientific training and ten years’
experience managing senior scientists and multimillion dollar
projects for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) helps her
bring the scientists’ and engineers’ perspective
to her work in organization development and executive coaching.
Her tenure as a Naval Officer contributed significantly to
her commitment to leadership excellence in science and technology.

| Before
joining Auburn Group, Lynn was a technical manager on loan to
the CIA training and consulting department, where she represented
the technologists and diagnosed numerous organizations and designed,
delivered and evaluated training and other interventions for
managers at all levels. As a collateral task, she used her project
management skills and experience to control and evaluate major
elements of multimillion-dollar projects, for which the highest
levels of the organization recognized her. |

| Dr. Myhal
has published several research papers, served as an officer
in the US Navy, reviewed new drug applications for the FDA,
and served 13 years in a wide variety of technical and managerial
capacities. While at CIA, she also actively led several diversity
programs. Lynn has compiled extensive credits and qualifications
related to adult learning, leadership and change. These include
The Organization Workshop (Dr. Barry Oshry), Business Process
Reengineering (NTL), and The Tavistock Workshop (NTL). She is
certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Instrument and
Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats workshop. She is a
woman of great breadth of talent, intelligence and integrity
as well a warm, personable and caring human with a great sense
of humor. |
